Agreement

Article 1 (Purpose) The terms and conditions of use (“Terms and Conditions”) define the conditions between NANOO COMPANY Inc. (the “Company") and service users (“Users”) in regards to NANOO COMPANY Inc. service (the “Service”). Article 2 (Key Terms) 1. “Channel” means a Service unit created by a game developer, publisher or company to operate a game service. 2. “Operator” means a company or administrator that creates and manages Channels. 3. “Point” means virtual data the Company can arbitrarily set, issue, or modify and that which has no monetary value and do not constitute currency or property of any type. 4. Any terms used in Terms and Conditions, but not defined in the current Article, follow the definitions of related laws. All others follow general conventions. Article 3 (Agreement to Terms and Conditions) The User is deemed to have agreed to the Terms and Conditions upon completing the sign up for the Service. Article 4 (Applying for the Service) 1. The Company may set up and designate a name for each User to distinguish from others. 2. In order for User to use the Service, the Company may request user name, email address and password, or ID and password obtained from third party services. 3. The Company may change or delete User registration information (in order to use the Service) that applies to any one of the following sub-clauses. - Offensive and vulgar content - Content that impersonates someone else - Reregistration of User who has violated this Terms and Conditions - Other inappropriate content determined by the Company 4. Users must register with their own registration information to use the Service. If a User steals someone else's information or registers with false information, Service use may be limited and the User may be punished by related laws. 5. The Company may take steps to verify registration information of the User. The User must actively cooperate with the Company for verifying registration information. If the User does not cooperate, the Company may determine that the User has stolen information of others. 6. The Company, without notice, may delete the account of User that has exceeded a certain period of time from the last access. Article 5 (Joining a Channel) 1. Any User may join a Channel. 2. For optimal Channel operation, user name, profile ID, member type and registration date of the User registered to the Channel will automatically be accessible by its Operator. 3. In addition to the Terms and Conditions set by the Company, User must also comply with "Agreement", "Guideline", "Policy" etc. (hereinafter “Separate Terms and Conditions”) set by Operators for each of the registered Channels. If in violation of the Separate Terms and Conditions, Service use of the Channel may be restricted. However, the scope of the Separate Terms and Conditions are limited to the Channel itself. Article 6 (Board Use) 1. The User is free to post in boards allowed by Operators. However, if any of the following sub-clauses applies, posts may be deleted or Service use may be restricted and the User may be punished by related laws. - Activities that benefit or collaborate with antisocial groups; - Displaying of any content that violates any applicable laws; - Displaying of any content that includes vulgarity or obscenity; - Displaying of any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, misleading, invasive of another’s privacy, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable to any other person or entity; - Displaying of any content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party or post any material or content that you do not have the right to; - Displaying of any content that impersonates any person, or fraudulent data; - Displaying of any content that includes unsanctioned advertising, promotional materials, or any other forms of unsanctioned solicitation, including but not limited to junk mail, spam, chain letters or any unsolicited mass distribution of email. 2. The Company assumes no responsibility whatsoever in connection with or arising from any content of the Users. 3. Channel postings must be managed by the User who has created them. The Company is not responsible for any of their backup or recovery. Article 7 (Using Support Center) 1. If the Operator has a support center in operation, the User may use the support center including FAQ and making inquiries. 2. Operation of the support center is entirely managed by the Operator. The Company does not create FAQ or respond to any inquiries except under special circumstances. 3. When making inquiries in support center, the User must accurately provide information complying with the rules set by the Operator. If the User does not comply with the rules or Article 6, clause 1 applies, Service use may be limited or the User may be punished by related laws. Article 8 (Advertisements, Paid Services) 1. For optimal Service operations and User activity, the Company may display direct and indirect advertisements and links to other Channels in all Service pages including Channel pages. 2. The Company may provide various types of points and paid services to Users relating to community activities. Article 9 (Channel Termination) 1. Channel may be terminated voluntarily by its Operator or by the Company for the applicable reasons set forth by the Company. 2. Users of the Channel will be notified through Channel announcement minimum 15 days prior to the Channel termination date. However, if the Company deems immediate termination is needed, the Channel may be terminated without separate notifications to the Users. 3. Upon completion of the Channel termination, all the registered postings and information are deleted. Users who want to save certain posts or information must do them on their own. Article 10 (Channel Withdrawal and Service Cancellation) 1. Users may join and withdraw (except within 24 hours of joining) from a Channel at any time. 2. Users may cancel Service membership via the user menu. However, Users assume all responsibility for deleting the created posts. The Company is not responsible for deleting the posts. 3. The Company shall remove User membership information upon User withdrawal according to personal information protection policy. Article 11 (Copyright of the Posts) 1. Any post or writing created by the Company is intellectual property of the Company. 2. Any post or data by put up a by a User is intellectual property of the said User. However, if the post or data can be viewed by other Users, the Company may use it freely without consent, for whatever purpose it may be. 3. User cannot manipulate, sell or use any of the information obtained from the Service for commercial purposes. Article 12 (Personal Information Protection and Use) 1. The Company strives to protect User data according to related laws. Related laws and personal information protection policy of the Company apply for privacy protection and use. However, privacy protection policy does not apply to any linked service outside the official service of the Company. Also, Users must safeguard passwords from being exposed to others, and the Company is not responsible for exposed information due to the User. 2. The Company may disclose personal information to third parties allowed by law in the following cases: - For providing information requested by law enforcement authority or other government agencies - For protecting information by verifying User misconduct, including violation of statute or Terms and Conditions - For calculating fees resulting from services by telecommunication services - For the purpose of making statistics, in addition to academic or market research, with personal information rendered anonymous - Service request by User, from the official support service company of the Channel, which is registered as a service Partner of the Company - User agrees to provision of personal information - For providing personal information required by other laws 3. In the case the Company provides certain service through subcontractors, private information may be disclosed with User consent. The subcontractors may collect, use and manage the provided private information, however they may not use the information other than the given purpose, or share with any other third parties. 4. The Company may provide personal information of User to affiliates who have agreed to partnerships with the Company. Upon sharing the information, only the minimum required information shall be provided and shared, and in doing so, the name of the affiliate, the purpose of the affiliate and shared personal information will be specified. 5. User may, at any time, withdraw consent to personal information collection, which is accomplished by termination request from the Service. Article 13 (Non-guarantee of the Service) 1. The Company makes no guarantee concerning the services and information etc. that are provided by Operators in connection with the services, including non-guarantee for their completeness, accuracy, reliability, and usability. 2. The Company shall not be responsible in any way for the provision, delay, change, discontinuity, suspension, or abolition of the Service, or the outflow or loss of information or data that is transmitted or received, exchanged, or stored through the Service, or the infringement of rights of third parties, or damage caused to a user or third parties that may have occurred in connection with the services. 3. The Compnay shall not be responsible in any way for damages caused by deleting of posts according to Article 6, clause 1. 4. The Company shall make no guarantee for any contents, links, and information of advertisements displayed in the Service including non-guarantee for their completeness, accuracy, reliability, and usability. The Company shall not be responsible for any damage caused by the advertisements. Article 14 (Changes, etc. to the Service) The Company may, at any time, supplement, change, suspend, or terminate the Service and contract or transfer Service to a third party for operations. The Company shall not be responsible in any way for damages to Users caused by such action. Article 15 (Additional Clause) These Terms and Conditions shall take effect on 5th of November, 2015.
